    As the country navigates it’s ‘new normal’ in lockdown Level 4, it’s now more important than ever to look after your physical and mental health. TVNZ and Les Mills have collaborated to bring the heat, providing daily group fitness classes available Monday to Friday at 9am on TVNZ1 as well as a followup show at 3pm on TV2, aimed at teens and children.
